Since Pam and Brian Snyder of East Amherst, New York purchased their home at Glen Burn Trail they have had a complete shift in perception about the area. “We originally came to ski once a year and thought that Ellicottville was just a ski town,” explains Brian. “We've since discovered that this area is a relaxing four-season get away from city life and there's always something to do – from the casino to Allegany State Park to the village itself.”

Both Pam and Brian love the openness of their home with its huge family area that is a perfect “hangout place” for their three grown kids and extended family and thoughtful design details including two master suites that provide relaxing retreats within the space. The Snyder's other favorite feature is the location of Glen Burn Trail itself. “Everywhere you look there's amazing natural beauty,” adds Brian. “We're never far from nature, whether we're enjoying amazing views from our home or taking the short walk on the trail that connects the community to the village.”
