We recently had someone tour our model homes who remarked how she couldn't get over the quality of the finishes and attention to detail. And that when they got quotes from local contractors in the area, the starting price to build a home averaged out to be well over $200 per square foot. Which only confirmed what we've being saying for some time… that we really do offer tremendous value for our homes here at Glen Burn Trail. For instance, all three of our current model homes are for sale for well below the $200/sq. ft. price tag, with Unit 8 coming in at $188/sq. ft., Unit 18 at $175/sq. ft. and Unit 10 at $171/sq. ft. And that includes major appliances, upscale finishing and a host of extras normally found in custom built homes. So other builders can talk all they want about value… but at the end of the day, our numbers do the talking!
