Sandy and Jim Hosington: Couple Finds Everything They're Looking for and More at Glen Burn Trail

When Sandy and Jim Hosington were looking for a home in Ellicottville, they knew exactly what they wanted - a new house with a garage and main floor living, built with a high level of workmanship.

“Our home is the perfect plan and size for the two of us,” says Sandy. “It has 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms and is easy to clean.” Jim adds, “We've seen other units being built here, so we know first-hand the quality of workmanship that goes into these houses. We're very happy with the finishing of our home right down to the fact that it has really good soundproofing. There's a lot of width between the units and they are very tight. We never hear our neighbours.” (in the other unit in their duplex)

And an additional bonus the couple has enjoyed since moving in is freedom. Because exterior maintenance is looked after for them, Sandy and Jim have more time to spend doing the things they want to do. “We have everything we need without the yard work…” concludes Sandy.
