Holiday Valley Resort: Get Ready for Outdoor Fun During October Fall Foliage Weekends
This fall, Holiday Valley Resort is the place to be for fabulous outdoor activities. On Saturdays and Sundays during the month of October (3-4, 10-11, 17-18 and 24-25) take a ride up the Mardi Gras (noon to 4:00 p.m.) or Spruce Lake (11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) chairlifts and enjoy spectacular fall leaves and views. Rides are $10 per person and kids six and under are free.
And if you're up for more of an adventure, why not take a “Walk on the Wild Side”? For $20 you get one ride on Mardi Gras chair, one ride on Spruce Lake chair and one mountain coaster ride. Suggested route: ride up Mardi Gras, hike down Candy Cane to Sky High base, ride the coaster, ride up Spruce chair, hike the cross-country trails back to and down Mardi Gras. Be sure to fuel up with hot dogs and burgers at the top of Mardi Gras and don't forget to guess the weight of the giant pumpkin when you get to the bottom for a chance to win a $20 Holiday Valley gift card.

Sky High Adventure Park including the Aerial Park, Mountain Coaster, Climbing Forest, Gem Mining and e-bike rentals open on weekends through October 25.
