Glen Burn Trail: We've Got Connections

One of Glen Burn Trail's great onsite amenities is a crushed stone and brick lined path that provides a direct connection to existing trails and the future Ellicottville-Great Valley Trail (EVGV Trail) – a 15 mile multi-use recreational trail system that will provide a safe, traffic-free way to walk, run, bike, snowshoe or cross country ski to the village, schools, businesses and merchants throughout the area.

The Town Center portion of the trail will extend from the Nannen Arboretum across the base of the hill and out to Tim Horton's on Route 219. This section will give Glen Burn Trail residents easy access to the arboretum, village, Groove Health & Fitness and Stillhouse Brewery & Distillery in addition to the natural beauty that surrounds the community year round. Last year, Trail Head construction was completed next to the entrance to the arboretum and the trail was staked and marked from that location to Tim Horton's. Ground breaking is scheduled for this spring, but the trail is already walkable from the arboretum to Glen Burn Trail.
